How do I sign in to the member portal?

Click Member Login in the header (or go to the Sign In page) and enter the email and password you used at enrollment. If email confirmation is enabled on your account, you'll need to click the confirmation link in the welcome email before your first sign-in.

What if I forget my password?

On the Sign In page, click the 'Forgot password?' link and enter your email. We'll send a secure reset link. Open it, choose a new password, then sign in with your new credentials. The link expires for your security, so request a new one if it has timed out.

Why can't I access the portal after signing up?

Portal access requires an active membership. If you haven't completed payment yet, you'll be guided to the membership page to finish enrollment. If your membership has lapsed (past due or canceled), you'll be offered a clear path to reactivate and regain access.

How does billing work, and can I cancel anytime?

Membership is billed annually — $299/year for Individual or $497/year for With Spouse/Partner. You can update your card or cancel anytime from the Account tab in the portal. There are no cancellation penalties; your access simply continues until the end of your current paid term.
